General Information

Please review the following before submitting your request:

  • Not all records are subject to release.
  • All request will be responded to within three business days after receiving the request form.
  • Please allow at least three business days after the incident before submitting a request.
  • Records Unit office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
  • Requests for multiple documents or other types of records may incur additional fees in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 50-18-71.
  • Information may be redacted in accordance with applicable Georgia law, including O.C.G.A. § 50-18-72(a).
