Emergency Preparedness Certificate Program
Designed primarily for Building Managers, the Emergency Preparedness certificate is open to everyone in the Georgia Tech Community. It will equip participants with tools they need in the event of a campus emergency. Participants will also be exposed to valuable information in the areas of crisis management and disaster prevention. The program consists of 5 required classes and 2 electives. Advanced Emergency Preparedness Certificate Program
This program offers GA Tech faculty and staff who have already completed the basic Emergency Preparedness Certificate Program the opportunity for additional training and skill development in disaster preparedness.
Other Training Opportunities
The Georgia Tech Office of Emergency Preparedness offers courses on a wide variety of topics and subject matter. If you or your staff have a specific topic that you would like to receive training on, the Office of Emergency Preparedness can tailor a course for your specific needs and conduct it at your location.
Exercises
The Georgia Tech Office of Emergency Preparedness conducts a series of exercises and drills every semester. If your office or department would like to have an exercise or drill that is specific to your facility, the Office of Emergency Preparedness can tailor the content to fit your specific needs and facilitate an exercise for your area.
